In terms of inland waterway transport the programme will contribute to creating conditions for improvements in the navigability of the Danube river and improvements in Bratislava’s port through implementation of following activities:
- Feasibility study to improve the navigability of the Danube waterway
- Modernisation and construction of a public port in Bratislava
- Introducing modern technologies into ship and port management
- Pre-investment and project preparation

Co-funding rate 95 %, at maximum, of the eligible cost.

- Commission Implementing Decision C(2014) 8045 from 28.10.2014 approving certain elements of the operational programme " Integrated Infrastructure" (OPII). Revision of OPII to version 2.1 was approved by the Commission Implementing Decision C(2016) 7475 on 15.11.2016.
