Actions have to be listed on the so-called Milieulijst (Environment List), which is updated on an annual basis; examples for IWT technologies:
- Fuel consumption meter
- Automatic propulsion regulator
- Measures to reduce energy consumption
- Propeller shaft packing
- Lubricant oil system for diesel engines
- Rate of co-financing and conditions
Vamil: Accelerated depreciation (lower interest payments, improved liquidity). Savings of 3–8% of the investment can be made. MIA: Deduction of max. 40% of investment cost from fiscal profit.
