CO2 emissions more than halved tomorrow
Sometimes solving a problem is a question of looking at things differently as well as getting a bit of help. Daily global CO2 emissions must be drastically reduced – for our own living environment as well as for the generations following us. We all know that by now. Mega-Inliner has a solution which is as simple as it is revolutionary – one in which CO2 emissions can be more than halved globally, starting tomorrow.

As of today, the transport of tank containers means an incredibly large number of empty transport movements. The cleaning process plays an important role here, together with the regulations for the prevention of cross-contamination.

Liquids in tank containers from Mega-Inliner are transported in a premium quality plastic bag, the Mega-Inliner®. These liquids reach their destinations in bulk and in top form, and are then processed, bottled and/or packaged in smaller units on the spot. After emptying, the recyclable Mega-Inliner® is removed and replaced with a new one. The tank container is then immediately ready to accept any other non-hazardous liquid.

This concept brings an abrupt end to countless limitations and complex cleaning processes. It also means no more unnecessary (empty) transport movements, low volumes per freight, and countless kilograms of extra plastic packaging materials for transport. Because cleaning is no longer necessary, millions of liters of drinking water are saved and the use of cleaning agents is a thing of the past.

It gets even better
Mega-Inliner® is not only the ultimate solution for a green route for inland navigation. Mega-Inliner® also offers opportunities not previously available. For instance, your ship can now be transformed into a modular tank system in which you can load 9, 18 or a multiple of tank containers (segmented, if needed) at one time. Because all actions performed on the Mega-Inliner® are done at the rear of the tank container (attaching, filling, emptying), you don’t have to maintain access to the top of the container. As a result, tank containers can be stacked and even remain in place during loading and unloading. Just think what a move to this concept can mean for your inland navigation or fleet – without the need for rigorous investments or operations.

Convert today and experience sustainable transport, starting tomorrow!
